Birdie Back terms
For The Gulf Cup 2027. Premium Choice Golf Holidays, a Premium Choice Travel brand, Dubai.
- Who can earn it
- Golfers playing for a confirmed society in an official match at The Gulf Cup 2027.
- What counts as a birdie
- A gross score of one under par or better on a hole, in a scheduled Gulf Cup match round. Practice rounds, friendly games and rounds outside the match schedule do not count. An eagle or better earns the same credit as a birdie.
- Verification
- A birdie counts once it is on the official scorecard for that round, signed by the golfer’s playing partners, and that card has been handed to the Premium Choice team on the day. Credit is added when we record the verified birdie. In foursomes, where partners play one ball, the birdie earns one credit for the pair, recorded against the partner the captain nominates.
- How much
- AED 100 for each verified birdie, once per hole per round.
- The cap
- Each golfer can earn up to AED 1,000 of Birdie Back credit at The Gulf Cup 2027.
- Using it
- Credit can be used against the next Gulf Cup or any Premium Choice Golf Holidays trip booked within 12 months of the last day of the event. It is taken off the price of that booking for the golfer who earned it.
- What it isn’t
- Credit is personal to the golfer who earned it. It cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash, and any credit not used within 12 months expires.
- If a round cannot be played
- Credit is only earned in rounds that are played. A round lost to weather or course closure earns no credit.
- Decisions and changes
- If there is any doubt about a score, the signed card decides; if it is unclear, our decision on the credit is final. We may change these terms for future events. Credit already earned keeps the terms it was earned under.
